This is “GARO: Guren no Tsuki” extra episode included in Box 2 of its domestic release.
Unfortunately, they threw it in the DVD for the extras, so it doesn’t exist in HD.
I’m no native English speaker, so you can expect some errors in the subtitles, but it shouldn’t be such a big deal.
