The source quality is poor, especially in the chroma plane where there is bad aliasing and shifting, which leads to color aliasing when viewing. There's also visible aliasing in the luma plane, together with ringing in some scenes.
To deal with aforementioned issues, we applied strong anti-aliasing to chroma planes and fix chroma shift. We applied relatively strong anti-aliasing to luma plane. Lastly we de-ringed and encoded with relatively high bit-rate.
