Yes it's finally here. Every currently released English episode of this show now exists on the internet somewhere in both 720p and SD. This batch includes the missing 408-421.

Video source is HorribleSubs webrip. The first 14 seconds and 22 frames are cut, but the video is only re-encoded for a few frames around that point.
Audio and subs come from the official DVD release.
You may notice that the intro video does not match up to the audio. This is because the webrip version uses an older intro for this set of episodes due to licensing issues. It doesn't affect the audio syncing because the intros are all exactly the same length.
