[Rakushun] Beastars - 09 [720p] torrent

Similar situation to to episode 6 (I think), where the video quality is a little bit lower than usual because there's no 1080p rip out, but still good.
Hardsubbed until the Erai-raws and 1080p come out. Once that's out, I will release a 1080p softsub version.
