[Hatsuyuki]_Kotoura-san_[BD][720p] torrent

Took me a while to finish this, so for everyone who's has been waiting, thanks for the patience!

Fixes in the batch are:

Eps 2 had a freezing problem
Eps 2 had a TS problem
Eps 3/4 were missing \[BD\] in the name

Besides that there are some extra specials I did not include in vol 6 that are included here.

There will NOT be a patch for the errors said above, since some of them are unpatchable.
