v2 Re-styled subs to UTW style from crunchyroll for those that waned styled subs only (attachment included)

Include sign (but only the one translated) + chapter file + Adding kanji and english in the insert song but
I still need translation for ending song (only Romanji and kanji on the ending song).. I hope someone have the english sub can share :)
