This file is basically stitched together from Anime Land's 720p raw, Crunchyroll's official subs from Lupin the 3rd Part 4 episodes 26/13.5, 1, and 3, and Bowling Ball Fansub's Italian subs, translated via the reliable source that is Google translate. I touched up the translations to the best of my ability, but of course I can't guarantee that it'll be the most faithful translation in the world. But most of the special is using clips from the previously mentioned episodes anyway, so for the most part it should be faithful to what's actually being said. With all of that in mind, it should hopefully make due until someone decides to translate it from Japanese to English.
