And here is the batch. Every episode beside 12 had some changes, so marked episodes as such. Also, here is the patch for all the episodes (also besides 12). Please note, the patches are for original files, not the v2 I made while the show was airing. There is no ED for the Valentine episode, hopefully for BDs.
