[nix] Vinland Saga [BD 720p] torrent

This release uses the video from Foxtrot's release, muxed with the subs from SCY's release, with a few minor tweaks to the subtitles by me.

These tweaks include mostly OP/ED changes such as adjusting the romaji in the karaoke to conform better to Hepburn, occasionally changing the wording in the English subtitles, and occasionally changing the typesetting/timing of them. Foxtrot also changed the much-maligned mention of shogi in ep.19 to "hnefatafl", which i thought was a bit too obscure and tryhardy so I just changed it to regular "chess". And also, because I'm the most petty person ever, I changed the occasional bible verse from KJV to RSV. And that's pretty much it.

Patch: Oops, there's a font attachment missing from the episodes with OP 2.
