This bluray release looks like created from a H.263 based lossy copy, not the original master or low-loss copy.
And the self-adaption field-based upconvert had broken many scenes in video, created tons of banding.
Tried to use some aggressive processing.
Actually it looks okay if you are not insist on 1080p.
GPU acceleration decoding requires at least GeForce RTX 20/16 Series, but software decoding works well even on my i7-2600.:D

*UPDATE: Fixed self-adaption issue in Episode 50 Ending. now it running at 60fps same as what it is on 1080i devices.
