High school boy Kenichi Watanabe is crazy about his MBX50 motorcycle. He and his buddies organize a motorcycle club, which they call Culture. In among the engine oil and spark plugs, however, they begin to learn that there's more to life than bikes, chiefly when they are approached by reporter Kanako, who is interested in their stories . . . particularly Kenichi's. Based on Koichi Igarashi's 1982 manga Pelican Road, which was a contemporary of Bomber Bikers of Shonan in the Shonen King magazine.
