Cardcaptors Dubbed 480p torrent

I was looking around the other night for this particular dub of the show, but it just doesn't seem to exist anywhere.
So I made it myself. This is my very first time creating and uploading a torrent file, so I apologise profusely if anything goes wrong.
I'm working on finding a way to upscale the videos - if that's even possible to higher resolutions, but no promises, I am new to this after all.
