Oval X Over - Hiroyuki Imaishi 2005 torrent

This is the extremely rare Oval X Over, directed by Hiroyuki Imaishi in 2005 as a promotional film for the Indy Racing League. This short shows the early development of Imaishi's iconic animation style that he would later use in Gurren Lagann, Redline, and Kill La Kill.

I had been unable to find any decent quality uploads anywhere for this short, with the only one being an incomplete upload on YouTube in very low resolution with no subtitles. So I took to finding a copy of it, eventually discovering the UK only DVD/Bluray combo "Pigtails and other short stories from Production I.G." (which also has Pigtails, Kick-Heart, Li'l Spider Girl, and Drawer Hobs.)

I have slightly edited the original subs as they had poor grammar and sync issues.
Encoded in VP9, cropped to remove black bars, and de-interlaced.
