The source quality is fair. Both seasons are produced in native 720p, but the upscaling algorithm is different: the first season features blurry lines with only slight aliasing and ringing; the second season features sharp lines with hairy aliasing and noticeable ringing. All these problems can be solved quite perfectly by descaling and reconstruction. Then slight de-banding, compensatory sharpening and adaptive denoising.
