Sorry for the delay. Here are the files for all of season 2 in 1080p. Files from 14-20 are their already-existing torrents and have not been touched. 21-26 contain the new style for OP/ED as well as some minor font and styling corrections.

Episodes 23 and 24 in particular were encoded by PelvisBass, so they look better than normal.
