Whew, sorry this one took so long but it was kind of a PitA to translate; lots of lines, lots of technobabble, "new" (for the anime) insert song, and 2nd verse of the ED. Really enjoying the ED though, it's such a beautiful song.

"Lamleia Lau" (ラムレイヤ・ラウ) could have any number of romanized spellings; as far as we can tell there's no official one at this time.

No raws out yet for Ep. 23, but we'll start working on that whenever the raws are easily available.
