Slow and careful encoded video considering poor source except encoded at 23.976FPS which somewhat improves interlace and other artifacts, Dolby Digital AC3 audio untouched, VOBsubs converted to Advanced Sub Station. Transliterated titles in subs converted to better translated Wiki titles. Both Romanji and English subtitles in the opening and ending songs instead of alternated like the source for those of you studying Japanese. This is sub only since a dub was never made. Another oldie for you to enjoy. Version 2 with different video encoding but slower framerate so some of you may still prefer the first version I made depending on what your eyes are sensitive to the most.
