[Last] Grisaia: Phantom Trigger - Stargazer BD 1080 torrent

I know this show is about 3 years old but there was no all-in-one English translated torrent for this show so I've just combined the BD release from Moozzi2 (https://nyaa.si/view/1318414) with Yuzuki's subtitles (https://nyaa.si/view/1371574) (not the v1.1 he linked to) into one file. Video was not changed at all, just muxed with the .ass file

Yuzuki's subtitles were pretty perfect except for some very basic grammar issues which I "fixed" there were some small changes to no more than a handful of lines to try and make things less wordy.

The Advertisement at the start of the video is not translated and subtitles will start from 2:12
