I've seen that 9v has a decent bunch of QC issues, however I'm neither paid enough for this shit nor a TS so uh.
Wait for their batch and hope they don't use the BDs.

The BDs are painfully obviously just lowpassed garbage and Funi tends to die in high motion scenes because of vbv fuckery.
Speaking of 9v; EP01 used BGlobal 1080p and while I don't know if a 4k version exists, this one seems worse than Funi in static scenes but way less offensive than Funi in high motion fuckups.
Still overall worse than CR.
The Spirale encodes used in EP02 and onwards still have decent amounts of detail loss though this might be due to a worse source used.
They're also a decent showcase of what happens when someone doesn't give a fuck and uses rescaling as a magic sharpening tool - Added Haloing and other weird shit on smaller "textures" (See the eyes)

TL;DR CR is still overall beating all of the options in my opinion. The JPBD shouldn't even have been considered.

While CR didn't have this show when the entry was changed I'd still have preferred to watch 9v instead of the shitty BD.
That lowpass is causing stupidly obvious detail loss in basically every other frame in the old comp. How do you even miss that?
