[choom] Cyberpunk Edgerunners (WEB 1080p) torrent

This is [[whomst]](https://nyaa.si/view/1579199) with some additional changes to the subtitles. Most notably, I added subtitles to the scenes with comms, and those subtitles match the Japanese audio (and the tone of the rest of the subs) more than they match the text on screen. Don't read both, or your brain will explode due to cognitive dissonance.

These encodes are some garbage combination of Netflix's DV, HDR, and SDR encodes. But although they are garbage, they still look better than any other option. The only major problem is that libplacebo's tonemapping sometimes changes the brightness of the image in the middle of a scene, which I did not find particularly annoying, but ymmv. Pray for Blu-Rays. Or perhaps Netflix's new 5000kbps rips might exist for this show?

Episode 8 has a v2 with a script correction.
