I was asked about a proper release using the
modified subtitles that I'd previously uploaded on their own, so I added them together with
Beatrice-Raws' BD encode and JP 2.0 track and
NinjaPanda's English 5.1 track to fulfill the request. I also created a new Signs & Songs track to go with the English dub. The other old subtitles available on nyaa weren't timed the best (bleeds, link/snap threshold inconsistencies, high-CPS lines), and the typesetting wasn't always great either, so these should be a decent update.
Things I did to the subtitles:• Fully retimed the dialogue to the original JP 2.0 mix (JP 5.1 is apparently an inferior upmix)
• Restyled the dialogue
• Made some TL edits to shorten high-CPS lines and added a couple of missing lines
• Redid the typesetting for all episodes (didn't touch the songs and skipped 1 sign in E06). It's not amazing TS but hopefully it's an improvement over the previous stuff. Big thanks to Hikari for helping to find the EP title font
• Split / joined some lines where I thought it made sense or to lower CPS (mainly split those extremely long lines that didn't look good or went to 3 or 4 rows)
• Added and changed line breaks
• Removed some ellipses from split lines
• Fixed any errors I noticed
