Sogyoku prepares a massive battlefield at the site of feudal Japan's most famous battle to challenge the Shinkalion Z team. But events are in motion and at the end of this battle, everything will change!

Sekigahara is the site of the Battle of Sekigahara, the battle that led to the establishment of the Tokugawa Shogunate, which lasted 200 years in Japan and also set the stage for future modernization of the country.

"OOPArts" as Shin calls them is a contraction of "Out Of Place Artifacts". There have been numerous items excavated from ruins and ancient civilizations that bear strange resemblances to modern technology such as mobile phones, airplanes, and astronauts. The original First Enemy design from Shinkalion are Shakokidogu, artifacts that are said to resemble astronaut space suits, and they are associated with the Tomb of Kitora in Nara, Japan, which also has depictions of the four celestial guardians, Byakko, Genbu, Seiryu, and Suzaku, which as fans will recall are also the names of the Kitoralsus agents.
