Genbu is parodying Bura Tamori or BuraTamo, a Japanese geography series hosted by Japanese TV personality and comedian Tamori. Whom, I should note, Azusa already parodied in another respect as Azusa Club in Episode 42 of the original Shinkalion series. The logo and font used are nearly identical in this parody.
