Raw encoded by a user who wishes to remain anonymous.

This is a new encode for the Chocolate Panic Picture Show OVA released in 1985, captured straight from the LD version. The only other version online by Key-Anime Fansubs was unnecessarily hardsubbed, and was also not encoded in 60fps despite containing video effects that were made with that framerate in mind. This LD raw also captures a few small details that aren't visible on the other, older encode.

There are some small issues on this encode that haven't been quite sorted out yet, but I will later post a v2 with the changes applied once they've been fixed.
