For a bit I was worried that timing anon had given up, but he didn't let us down. This time also featuring TL notes on mahjong terms (not sure if anyone needs them, especially this late, but they are there.

Timing Guy: Oops, I didn't realize this was already on Nyaa. This is technically a v2, I guess, after QC, with some missing signs added in and minor "this waves" -> "these waves" typo fixes. The filename is the same as "v1" so this might cause write issues trying to download both at the same time. Should I delete and reupload with a different filename?
