Tenshi No Tamago / Angel's Egg (Definitive Player Edition) torrent

Tenshi No Tamago / Angel’s Egg - a sort of definitive edition of one of my beloved movies.

Includes:
• MKV denoised video with english subtitles in two variants and japanese audio in stereo,
• MP4 denoised video with no subtitles,
• The aforementioned subtitles in separate files,
• Original Soundtrack in lossless FLAC ripped personally by me with added cover scans,
• Some high-res artwork.

Video is based on an untouched BD file dumped from disc. I've performed a very careful denoise with several attempts and iterations to achieve best results while retaining detail and some grain.

There are several ways to get the original video so if a denoised version is not for you then please just simply ignore this torrent.

Tenshi No Tamago is very noisy and dealing with it raises issues with loss of detail and such - issues which are certainly important to keep in mind. But there is a good balance to be struck here. Additionally in the case of this particular movie one might consider how sharp contrasts of Yoshitaka Amano's artworks are not being carried strongly enough in the video due to noise - something I believe my version improves on and maybe provides a slightly altered but still a true watching experience.

In my opinion the end result of denoise is great.

As for subtitles these are compiled (from a few sources including the official bluray), checked, retyped and retimed by me. For no particular reason I've decided to prepare two versions - one is as close to the original as stylistically doable, the second one has the quasi-biblical quotes replaced with actual ones (from Septuagint if I recall correctly). Just a little enthusiast bonus I guess.

Note that the MKV and MP4 versions are identical so you may want to only download the MKV or only the MP4 with the separate subtitles, your choice.

Please help with seeding as I'm not always able to do it continuously.
