Valtom aspires to ascend to the throne of the Teoti, guided by the king, and seeks to continue his quest to destroy the Keystones and revive Arabaki. Meanwhile, the Ultra Evolution Institute plans a combination between the E5 and the Doctor Yellow to counter the most dangerous of threats, but the timing and precision needed to complete the combination is steep. Shimakaze and Shin rush to complete training to master the technique before the next attack comes.

NOTES:
There’s a scene where Abiko says Shin’s compatibility rating is 95.6% but the on-screen text says it’s 95.7%. You will probably notice that. Not my mistake – that is presented exactly as shown in the episode: she says one thing and the screen shows another.

The episode preview makes reference to “From the North”, an 80s series set in Hokkaido that was mentioned in the Shinkalion movie.
