I resampled the subs, resynced them to fit the Blu-ray encode, fixed some masks in episode 4, made the typesetting consistent and added punctuation marks where needed. There's also a separate signs track (no song lyrics since the ED is dubbed).
I did not include the meme subs because they left some lines untranslated (if you can even call that a translation) in the first episode. If you need those, grab &'s release instead.
