I resampled the subs, resynced them, fixed any broken signs I could find and restyled the OP/ED lyrics.

Another [avg] release because the encode could be better and the subtitles could use some more work with timing and typesetting, but I didn't want to delay this release any further since I've already been sitting on it for two months.
If anyone is willing to improve the subs and make their own release, feel free to do so.
