Deadman Wonderland／デッドマンワンダーランド [R2J BD REMUX] (DUAL AUDIO) torrent

Here's the best release for the show. English audio, subtitles and chapters have been retimed for 6 episodes. At this moment there isn't a raw source for the OVA (Wielder of the Red Knife) online, and seems to have only been released on Blu-Ray outside Japan (would be great if someone shares the M2TS file). If the original Toonami dub ever resurface online I will add them to the videos (the dub is a bit different from the home release version and should be preserved). Until then, enjoy. I will seed as much as I can.
