[Orphan] Alice in Cyberland (complete) torrent

After more than a three year gap, here is Alice in Cyberland, complete at last. The first episode is the previously-released laserdisc rip; it is unchanged. The second episode is from a YouTube video of the complete TV special. We carved out an "episode 2" raw - OP, episode, ED - because the video is nowhere as good as the laserdisc rip of episode 1. Late breaking news: Kabbu pointed out, correctly, that I chose the wrong "cut point" for the start of episode 2. There's about a minute of redundant material. That's what I get for not watching episode 1 again. Here's a patch that uses ordered chapters to cut out the redundant material, the sponsor screens, and the eyecatch, none of which would have been included in a home video release.
