Here's the final batch of Pokémon Evolutions, with video and audio from Seicher. Huge thanks to Julek for taking the task of encoding this show and dealing with the awful source. Script changes are minimal, just minor fixes for consistency. Now, to address the dual audio elephant in the room. We don't make dual audio releases because we don't want to distribute dubs. Speaking solely for myself, I dislike dubs and have no interest in watching or propagating them, and I particularly hate Pokémon's dub. That said, this show's production is weird, to say the least. The credits (including the writer credit) are all in English (though they also have translation credits), and there are indications that at least some episodes were produced with the English script as the primary script. While episode 1 barely makes sense in English due to information from the Japanese script being omitted, later episodes include seemingly backtranslated game lines (which is to say, lines that were translated loosely in English being translated back to Japanese), and the lip flaps match the Japanese audio rather poorly compared to the English audio (which is far from unique to Evolutions, but it is particularly glaring here). Because of these indications that the English script may potentially be the base for the Japanese script rather than the opposite, I thought it prudent to include the English audio as a second track. There is no songs & signs sub track because all the text is already in English to begin with. Barring another bizarre edge case like this show, this will be our one and only dual audio release.
