Black Jack 21, specials and two doctors (subs only) torrent

I transcribed the Black Jack 21 subs from dp-f-b release ( https://anidb.net/group/3341 ) and timed them to mottoj release: https://nyaa.si/view/1243806

Shortcomings:
I couldn't translate all of the previews. It affects about three of the later EPs (9+).
