This had the best video source i could find, so I had a shot at it. I have encoded the ISO with only detelecine filter, which mostly fixed the 3:2 pull down. I've also edited the subtitles slightly. Mostly switched names like "Ryodan" to "Troupe" etc.. Feel free to point out any issues.
