Based on num9 release, fixed incorrect subs in episode 1 and made a few other improvements.
\- Used correct subtitle track for Episode 1
\- Include required fonts in mkv container
\- Include chapters from BFE release, being sourced from a TV release these aren't perfect, they're off by maybe 1 or 2 frames in some places but they're quite good and much better than nothing as none of the available BD releases I could find had chapters
