[anfs] Animenoobs Fansubbers Death Note 15-16 torrent

Previously mentioned files on the torrent of episode 14. Episode 15 is a re-encode to 640x384 DivX5 and as such fails CRC and has not been renamed, but episode 16 passes CRC and is named with the "correct" filename according to an old tracker. Once again this is a request for anybody who has episode 13 by ANFS to please share as I have been looking for that release for years at this point.
