Episode names are embedded into each file’s title property

The SRT subs are OCR'd from the DVD VOB subs by [Exiled-Destiny]

Apologies for the lack of chapter markers for the Openings. The BDMV contains separate m2ts files per episode but ripping them using mpls playlists concatenates them all into a single continuous stream per disc. It also results in some potential sync issues where MakeMKV warns drops some frames in a few places to maintain sync (maybe around the start/end of episodes where it concatenates?).

So to avoid tedious manual splitting and those sync issues, I just applied the old DVD chapters obtained from [E-D] to the original BDMV m2ts files. Unfortunately, the [E-D] DVD chapters did not include times for the Prologue and Opening segments.
