Making 720p is certainly a good move.
But why jumping from S01E099 to S01E0100. It totally ruins the first intention of having the episodes sorted automatically by using a three digits number.

Original BluRay disk is upscaled to 1080p, the native resolution is lower than 720p (visually)
Downscale it to 720p saved about half the file size (compare to 1080p HEVC)
