The first 3 DVDs were mastered at 29.97 NTSC, with a few pure animation scenes done in 23.976, then blend deinterlaced for no particular reason. There's no good way for me to fix that. You might see blended frames in some pure animation sequences.
The last 10 DVDs were mastered at 29.97 NTSC, with a few pure animation scenes done in 23.976.
I attempted to use TDecimate to get good VFR results, but was unable. Perhaps someone using vfrdec=1,mode=1, and suitably low dupthresh might get it working, but I just left it at the mastered fps of 29.97. I did run VIVTC/VFM fieldmatching, so there should not be blended frames, unless they slipped in more of them. Rare judder is significantly less annoying that dropped frames when TITVC/TFM makes a mistake.
