Heck, even this still is one of the cleanest one... there is even more worse shots than this.

The video was sourced from the original nico video here which... by encoder standards is atrocious quality.
Some heavy handed filtering had to be done to look "better". [Still horrible but at least "better"].

Audio is sourced from animetheme's DB of OP/EDs, cut and trimmed and encoded to AAC with FFMpeg.
(I know it's a horrible idea, but... lazy...)

mp4 only, no mkv. Yes, the 384p is the real resolution of the video.

Artist apparently is still around, apparently they still do witches from time to time.
