We've been talking about it for a good while, and finally it is here: Our slightly updated BD batch compiling all the other BD batches we'd already done!! (Except 955-958 which is still separate for now because... see comments.)
Video and audio is the same as before. Subtitles have basically just gotten a bunch of tweaks for consistency, and some of the typesetting has also been tweaked for the same purposes.
We also included creditless versions of the episode 1000 opening and Paint because... turns out the Japanese BDs had those all along and we just DIDN'T NOTICE. Why is the one for Paint so much bigger? ...Because it's a lazy Handbrake encode where the Giraffe compensated for his utter lack of encoding knowledge by just throwing bitrate at it.

A few tweaks that are consistent throughout all of this though:
-The episode title card font has been updated. It is now literally the exact same font that they used in Japanese.
-The character formerly known as Shishilian is now Sicilion. People may have noticed that already in the previous batch with episode 1014 but yeah, that's just a thing throughout now. It occurred to Notkama that that's just a straight-up better adaptation of his name pun.
-Similarly, "Master Nekomamushi" is now "Governor Nekomamushi" because 旦那 can mean either and a more specific title would pair better with "Duke Inuarashi".

We are also planning a batch for 1017 through to the end of Wano that we will probably release next week, still using CR footage. Where due to combinations of the changed title card and some tweaks to song lyrics, LITERALLY EVERY EPISODE is getting v2'd even though we have not gone over those scripts again in detail since the episodes came out. (There too there will be plenty of consistency tweaks however.)

And because this description does not have enough paragraphs yet, also repeating the explanation for "Red Hound" since this torrent basically overwrites the last one where we made that:
Yes, we are translating the Admirals’ titles. Quite frankly, even though “Akainu” is heavily ingrained in the fandom at this point, I stand by it really not making sense. It’s not like we refer to Teach and Newgate as “Kurohige” and “Shirohige” respectively, and much like with them, leaving the Admirals’ titles untranslated just completely obscures the theming; Blue Pheasant, Yellow Monkey, Red Hound, Wisteria Tiger and Green Bull. Not to mention it gives the mistaken impression that those ARE their names, when their names are in fact Kuzan, Borsalino, Sakazuki, Issho and... we don't know Green Bull's name... respectively. I know EVERYONE has been leaving these titles untranslated since forever but… I do not consider “This bad decision is how things have always been done!” to be a good justification to keep going with a bad decision. They're not names, they have a theme that gets obscured by leaving it in Japanese, and they translate VERY easily.
