This is the 2016 Korean romance/comedy drama series. Its native title is "함부로 애틋하게" which translates as "Carelessly and Affectionately." It's also known as "Arbitrarily Fond," "Indiscreetly Fondly," and "Lightly, Ardently."

I downloaded the source videos named like "Uncontrollably.Fond.S01E01.1080p.NF.WEB-DL.DDP2.0.x264-REVOLT.mkv" and extracted the English subtitles from those. Then I...
- Used Subtitle Edit (by Nikolaj Lynge Olsson) to find and fix all flagged issues
- Added 0.7 second to each subtitle (where possible) to allow more time to read them and adjusted words/minute to at least 280
- "Softened" all subtitled profanity (bastard --> jerk, damn --> darn, bitch --> witch etc.)
- Corrected commonly-found typos, converted many word pairs into common English contractions, and brought together sentence fragments
- Converted any ALL CAPS subtitles, used for media and signs, to salmon or yellow respectively
- Used Handbrake to create new MKV files using my subtitles
