What you'll learn

✓ 2. Apply the Earth Element's "Gōng" tone to create a sound ritual for grounding energy and fostering a centered presence.
✓ 3. Perform a unified practice integrating thumb technique, TCM organ focus, and Yin Yoga stillness for breath-led self-regulation.
✓ 4. Employ a reflective framework to self-assess technique, discern tone quality, and guide your autonomous therapeutic practice.
Requirements
● This course is mindfully designed as an entry point for complete beginners. Here’s what you truly need to start: What You Need: · A Guzheng and Basic Tools: Your instrument, a set of finger picks (假指甲), and tape to secure them. · An Open Mind & Curiosity: A willingness to explore the connection between sound, body, and emotion. · A Quiet Space: Just enough room to sit comfortably with your instrument for focused practice. · Your Own Hands & Breath: That’s it.
