Pour ceux qui ne connaissent pas Buzz Feiten, c’est un guitariste américain qui s’est fait connaître à la fin des années 60 avec le Paul Butterfield Blues Band (qui a joué à Woodstock), puis avec le groupe de jazz fusion Full Moon (avec le pianiste Neil Larsen). Il est surtout connu comme musicien de studio et sideman, par exemple pour Bob Dylan, Aretha Franklin, Etta James, The Brecker Brothers, Gregg Allman, Wilson Pickett, Chaka Khan, Rickie Lee Jones, Stevie Wonder (c’est la guitare de «Superwoman» dans l’album « Music of my mind »), Bette Midler, David Sanborn, Al Jarreau… et même pour le chanteur Christophe sur l’excellent album « Pas vu pas pris » (je conseille d’écouter par exemple « les tabourets du bar »).
