As the name suggests you will be a general practitioner, an ordinary doctor who works in a private clinic. It's a visual-novel-style game with many RPG elements.
The medical part, written in collaboration with a real doctor, will be simulative.
What kind of patients will you examine?
You will be able to examine detailed patients, both male and female. During the game there will be various events that will lead you to examine a variety of people...

GAMEPLAY:
* Added an "undress" button in examinations.
- ask your patient to remove clothing as you see fit for your next exam. If their comfort level is low they could refuse to undress at all, preventing you to fulfill certain examinations and complete the exam 100%
- You will need to plan ahead what you're going to examine, since starting with a genital exam for a shy patient who came for sore throat will abruptly end your chances to complete the visit at all!
Instead, building their trust question after question, exam after exam, will result in a more satisfactory and realistic visit.
* Updated "Skip to the update" feature to start the game on August 1st after "Stay Fit" story arc and with 10000$ cash
* Increased your sister/cousin monthly wage to 15000 from 5000, which was very low (half than Dr. Poulsen) (introduced in 0.0.11a, fixed in 0.0.11c)
* Sister/Cousin wage has been added to monthly payments check
* You can now ask your sister/cousin to live with you! When living together with someone new interactions will be available when choosing the "Relax" opportunity while at home
- 20 interactions have been added to the "Relax" opportunity while living with your sister/cousin. Some will unlock only if certain criteria are met (i.e. having someone as your partner, having a high-enough skill etc.)
* 14 new clinical cases have been added to the "Study" option

EXAMINATIONS:
* NEW EXAM AVAILABLE: Aria
- To start the exam you need to go to the hospital after August 3rd and having completed the "Sister" new story arc
- Your sister/cousin must be a staff member for this exam to appear (starting from 0.0.12, for now it will appear regardless)
* NEW EXAM AVAILABLE: Beatrix
- To start the exam you need to go to the hospital after August 6th
* NEW EXAM AVAILABLE: Sara
- To start the exam you need to go to the clinic after August 9th

STORY:
* "Live together" story arc involving your relative has been implemented in the game. The story arc will have you progress the story with her after the events at Joy Festival.
- "Live Together" will automatically start after August 1st by phoning your relative. You need to complete "Stay Fit" story arc first though

OTHER:
* The game won't end on a specific day but will end after you played the story arc and all the examinations released until now. Full version of the game will cover an additional 10 months.

Known issues:
* Achievement's text is erratic, I'm waiting the new user interface to fix this
* "Energy" stat while present is not used in the game yet, but it will become on future updates.
* I'm currently developing the "after-exam" sexy scenes for story mode. The first three will be included later this month.
