Q: From a learner perspective, what did you keep in mind when creating this course? The reality is that many people may well be familiar with a version of Microsoft Word, so I wanted to keep it moving, keep it interesting for those users, while at the same time keeping it structured and clear enough for users new to Word to work through too.
