Van Halen célèbre le trentième anniversaire de la parution de Balance, le quatrième et dernier album de l'ère Sammy Hagar, par la sortie du nouvelle édition qui ajoute un second CD à l'album original contenant la Face B Crossing Over, deux chansons extraites de la bande sonore du film et Twister, soit Human Being et Respect The Wind, et 8 performances enregistrées au Stade Wembley de Londres lors de la tournée européenne pour la promotion de l'album.
