This is an upgraded version of the previous "fake but so real", making it closer to the original.
The following pages have been repaired or replaced:

pages 004, 007, 202, 256, 276, 280, 298, 344, 346, 372, 373, 376

The previous PDF version, based on the 2000 English edition, had drawbacks such as blurry images due to reflected light during scanning or the latter half of the book being water-damaged.

The 2000 Brasil edition had clean scanned images, but the text was in Portuguese and some pages were missing.
This is likely the closest to the Real Book based on various materials available online.

If there's anything better than this, it should be a high-quality scan of the whole authentic 2025 Book.

However, six months after its release, no such ultimate PDF (or E-PUB) has yet to be published.
