Yet another release of The Wheel of Time, this time encoded for optimal quality/filesize ratios. The quality of the Opus codec is quite impressive at lower bitrates and it’s the settled upon re-encoding I do for all my audiobooks now, I don’t even listen to the original M4B’s when I buy them. 6.2GB encoded at 32kbps Opus and chapters split into their individual files vs. 19.9GB original single file M4B’s at 64kbps. Chapter metadata was touched up a bit for consistency.
