Motbob made these a while ago for Chika, who later shared them here. I asked Chika if I could post these to Nyaa to which she agreed. She told me to say that the FLCL release is coming sometime this summer but it is near the bottom of her list due to having other priorities. As far as I know, no existing subtitles sync due to this being a VFR encode, so this upload is only good if you are making a release or want to watch the show raw. Baws shared some updated subtitles in MTBB's Discord which can be found here, however they also do not sync nor are complete.
